JUNIOR TRAINEE INSTRUCTOR PROGRAM
This program's mission is to build future leaders of America for a better tomorrow. The program was devised to allow children up to fifteen years old, to prepare themselves for the Trainee Instructor Program. Two Master Club patches (see above) are worn on both upper sleeves of the uniform to remind them of their leadership reponsibility every time they wear their uniforms.
REQUIREMENTS FOR JTI PROGRAM
- Age: As of 12/30/00 no minimum age requirement.
- Rank: No minimum rank required.
- A Junior Trainee application must be completed and sent to Headquarters. ATA membership must be current and proper fees must accompany the applications to Headquarters.
- Applicants may not wear the collar of a Junior Trainee Instructor until official notification is received from ATA Headquarters, welcoming the student into the program.

TRAINEE INSTRUCTOR PROGRAM
This program is for Black Belts ages 16 and above to prepare them for instructor certification. Trainee instructors are people who enjoy teaching others or who are interested in a career in the martial arts.
S.W.A.T.
This is our Special WInning Attitude Team. It is a select group of students from our Black Belt Club or Masters Club who serve as role models and teacher's assistants. Their responsibility is to lead by example, exemplifying the behavior, character and motivation of a tip top Black Belt.
